Our agency’s introduction of a doctor to an Employer is subject to our agency’s Terms and Conditions, constituting a legally binding agreement between our agency and the Employer.

An employer is deemed to have accepted Challis Recruitment’s Terms and Conditions by engaging the services of our agency, including but not limited to the introduction, an interview, or the employment (which includes permanent employment, locum employment, or fixed term contract employment) of a doctor introduced by Challis Recruitment Pty Ltd.
